Key Responsibilities
- Perform a range of laser and aesthetic treatments safely and effectively
- Assist providers during minor surgical procedures, including liposuction
- Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and supplies in a clean and organized manner
- Provide professional, courteous, and compassionate customer service
- Educate patients on treatment options, aftercare, and skincare regimens
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, HIPAA, and practice standards
Qualifications
- Certified/licensed Laser Aesthetician (as required by state regulations)
- Experience with aesthetic laser devices and treatments (hair removal, skin rejuvenation, etc.)
- Knowledge of skincare products and cosmetic procedures
- Previous experience assisting in a medical or surgical setting preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with patient interaction and team collaboration
