Position Overview
We’re looking for a skilled Aesthetic Injector (RN, NP or PA) who is passionate about delivering top-tier results and providing exceptional client care. Working in a sophisticated, results-driven environment, you’ll administer cosmetic injectables and collaborate with our expert team to elevate both outcomes and client experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform consultations and administer injectables including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, tailored to each client’s aesthetic goals
- Create customized treatment plans based on client needs, anatomy, and desired outcomes
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care, set realistic expectations, and ensure high satisfaction to generate repeat business and loyal patient base
- Collaborate closely with our surgeons and aesthetic team to ensure continuity of care and optimal results
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols, licensing requirements, and best practices in aesthetic medicine
- Ensure accurate documentation of treatments, client communications, and follow-up care
Qualifications
- Active and valid RN, NP or PA license in California (or eligible to become licensed)
- Previous injectable experience (recommended min 1 year) in a med-spa or plastic surgery setting
- Strong aesthetic eye, excellent communication, and patient-centric mindset
- Ability to document carefully, follow protocols, and deliver consistent high-quality treatments
- Ambition to grow within a high-end practice and work collaboratively with a high-performance team
