Requirements

Serve as the primary cosmetic injector, performing advanced treatments including:

  • Neurotoxins (e.g., Botox, Dysport)
  • Dermal fillers (cheeks, lips, jawline, under-eye, etc.)
  • Vampire Facelift®, Vampire Wing Lift®, PRP/PRF for hair restoration
  • O-Shot®, G-Shot®, Clitoxin, and additional female sexual wellness injections
  • Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations, providing personalized treatment plans with a focus on facial balancing and long-term skin health.
  • Collaborate with aestheticians by conducting Good Faith Exams and co-creating skincare and aesthetic treatment plans.
  • Perform and manage other energy-based and injectable procedures including Morpheus8 V, Votiva, Halo, and MonaLisa Touch.
  • Maintain high standards of clinical documentation, patient communication, and informed consent processes.
  • Educate patients on pre/post-care, expectations, and outcomes while supporting long-term client satisfaction and retention.

Additional Key Responsibilities

  • Perform cosmetic and aesthetic treatments, including Vampire Wing Lift, Votiva, Morpheus8 V, MonaLisa Touch, O-Shot, Clitoxin, G-Shot, neurotoxins, fillers, Halo, Vampire Facelift, hair restoration, and HRT pellet placement, among others.
  •  Conduct Sexual Wellness, Urinary Incontinence, Weight Loss, HRT, Facial Aesthetics and Body Aesthetics Consultations and Good Faith Exams as needed.
  • Provide comprehensive Treatment Plans for patients and for GFE consultations conducted for the Aesthetician.
  • Consult, treat, and manage all patients including clinical paperwork, charting, consents, pre and post-treatment instructions, follow-up, and ongoing treatment and care.
  • Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services, treatments, products, financing options, memberships, and loyalty programs, while educating and communicating to the patients the unique value proposition.
  • Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by patients, ensuring complete client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in good standing in the state of Texas.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an aesthetic injector with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
  • Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and a passion for artistry in aesthetic medicine.
  • Deep interest in women’s health, sexual wellness, and hormone therapy—with a willingness to expand your skills in these areas.
  • Demonstrated commitment to ongoing education, clinical improvement, and staying current with industry trends.
  • NAMS certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
  • Excellent bedside manner, with the ability to build trusting and long-term patient relationships.
