Practice Manager – Luxury Medspa & Wellness Concept (Founding Growth Role)

Compensation: Starting ~$90K base + performance bonus + long-term equity opportunity

We are a fast-growing, luxury medical aesthetics and wellness concept that uniquely combines a high-end medspa with an in-house café and juice bar—creating a community-driven, elevated client experience under one roof.
Launched within the past year, the practice has already seen significant traction and patient demand, driven by a strong brand vision, curated events, and a highly engaged local community. This is a true startup environment where team members are hands-on, collaborative, and deeply invested in the client experience and overall growth of the business.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Practice Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the medspa while supporting continued growth and maintaining an exceptional, luxury-level client experience.
This role is both operational and people-focused, responsible for managing workflow, supporting staff performance, and ensuring every detail of the client journey reflects the elevated standards of the brand.
Key Responsibilities
Operations & Client Experience
- Oversee daily operations of the medspa and ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain a high-touch, luxury experience from check-in to checkout
- Ensure treatment rooms and shared spaces are organized, stocked, and presentation-ready
- Troubleshoot issues in real time and proactively anticipate practice needs
Team Leadership & Culture
- Manage and support a team of ~15 staff (front desk, providers, café team)
- Oversee scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing training
- Foster a positive, high-performing, and accountable team environment
- Ensure staff deliver exceptional service aligned with brand standards
Operational & Administrative Support
- Manage inventory, supply ordering, and vendor coordination
- Review invoices and ensure operational accuracy
- Support scheduling optimization and overall workflow efficiency
- Partner with ownership on improving systems, processes, and performance
Community & Brand Engagement
- Support and attend events (wellness activations, community gatherings, etc.)
- Act as a visible, engaged leader within the space and local community
- Help execute the brand vision and maintain a strong in-person presence
What We’re Looking For
- Prior experience in medical aesthetics, medspa, or luxury wellness environment REQUIRED
- Strong operational and team management experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with EMRs, scheduling systems, and invoicing
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to manage multiple personalities
- Energetic, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment
- Passionate about aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional client experiences
- Comfortable being hands-on and stepping in wherever needed
Compensation & Growth
