Aesthetic Injector
Job Info
Job Description
This is a patient-centered, team-first aesthetics practice where clinical excellence meets hospitality. The team delivers a full spectrum of cosmetic treatments — from neurotoxins and dermal fillers to advanced energy-based services like lasers, microneedling, and regenerative therapies — using a full-face, natural approach. Providers work in a collaborative environment that supports skill growth, hands-on learning, and advanced training, ensuring every patient receives thoughtful, personalized care in a warm, welcoming setting.
We’re looking for an RN, NP, or PA with 1+ years' experience in cosmetic injectables and a passion for full-face aesthetic artistry. You’re early- to mid-career or eager to build your skills, patient-focused, and thrive in a supportive, team-driven environment. You take pride in delivering natural, results-driven outcomes, enjoy learning advanced techniques, and want to grow with a practice that values both people and expertise.
You will be joining a team that provides fantastic marketing, operational, and administrative support. They offer competitive base pay with long-term growth opportunities, benefits, and CME!
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with patients, understand their goals, and create thoughtful, personalized treatment plans that prioritize natural, confidence-boosting results.
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as tox, filler, and energy-based services while continuing to grow your skills with advanced technologies.
- Build real relationships with patients — this is a hospitality-minded environment where experience matters just as much as outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with a supportive, down-to-earth team that genuinely enjoys working together.
- Maintain accurate documentation, uphold safety standards, and participate in ongoing training and skill development.
- Stay curious and committed to learning, participating in ongoing training and hands-on development.
Qualifications
- Active California RN, NP, or PA license in good standing.
- 1+ year Hands-on Experience with cosmetic injectables (tox, filler, biostimulators, Regenerative treatments, etc)
- A clinician who values teamwork, stability, and wants to grow with a practice, not just pass through.
- A natural communicator who enjoys educating patients and creating a comfortable, welcoming experience.
- Most importantly: someone who cares about people, takes pride in their craft, and wants to be part of a culture that feels good to show up to every day.
- Someone warm, relatable, and patient-focused — personality and attitude matter as much as technical skill.
