PR & Brand Manager

We are seeking an experienced PR & Brand Manager to elevate a leading regenerative medicine practice in Miami Beach, FL. This is a hands-on, in-house role focused on building the brand, cultivating relationships, and increasing visibility across local and national channels. Ideal candidates will have experience in PR manager jobs, brand marketing manager roles, or public relations manager jobs within healthcare, aesthetics, or wellness industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR strategies to grow brand awareness and reputation across multiple media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, podcasts, magazines, and influencers.
• Manage social media channels (Instagram, YouTube) and oversee podcast content.
• Plan and execute high-profile events and VIP experiences to elevate the brand.
• Identify speaking opportunities and co-branding partnerships.
• Represent the practice at networking, wellness, and medical aesthetics industry events.
• Collaborate with PR agencies as needed while leading internal brand marketing manager initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in PR, communications, or brand management.
• Strong media and influencer network with proven results in PR communications jobs or healthcare PR jobs.
• Skilled in social content creation, graphic design, and podcast management.
• Relationship-driven and comfortable with high-profile networking and luxury event management.
• Experience in medical marketing jobs, wellness marketing jobs, or medical aesthetics marketing is a strong plus.
