We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Patient Care Consultant (PCC) to join a high-end luxury medical practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury, patient-centered environment and excels at building trust, understanding client goals, and guiding patients through premium aesthetic services.

Key Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and achieve required metrics for patient satisfaction
- Use consultative, relationship-driven techniques to connect with patients, understand their goals, and recommend appropriate services
- Partner closely with medical providers to ensure a smooth, well-coordinated patient journey
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in cosmetic procedures
- Support the team with additional responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of consultative sales experience, ideally within medical aesthetics or other luxury service industries
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
- Proven experience meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Experience with CRM tools, Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite
- Availability to work weekends based on business needs
