Junior Patient Care Coordinator
Job Info
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of Beverly Hills’ most recognized luxury plastic surgery practices. As a Junior Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the patient journey—bridging the gap between curiosity and confidence. You’ll work closely with patients considering surgical and non-surgical procedures, guiding them through every step with professionalism, empathy, and precision.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-touch aesthetic environment and wants to build a long-term career in patient relations and aesthetic sales.
You Are....
- A closer. You love hearing “yes” — and you know how to get there through trust, clarity, and confidence, not pressure or gimmicks.
- A storyteller. You can turn medical information into meaningful conversations that help patients see their transformation before it happens.
- Detail-driven. You thrive in structure — insurance claims, pre-authorizations, and follow-up timelines are second nature to you.
- Empathetic but firm. You know how to build connections and guide decisions with compassion while keeping patients on track.
- Coachable and ambitious. You crave feedback, love personal growth, and take pride in hitting goals that prove your impact.
- Polished and professional. You represent a luxury brand in every interaction — poised, articulate, and always composed under pressure.
- A Team Player. You will collaborate with marketing and surgical teams to optimize conversions and patient satisfaction.
Compensation & Growth
- $30 per hour plus uncapped commission. Total first-year earnings are estimated between $60,000–$72,000, with ongoing uncapped earning potential as you grow. This role also offers clear advancement opportunities as you continue to develop and excel.
- Health insurance and sick days.
- Two weeks of PTO after one year of employment.
- Access to professional development and sales coaching.
- Opportunity to grow within one of Beverly Hills’ most recognized luxury plastic surgery practices.
Why This Role Matters
Every great surgery starts with a great conversation. You’re not just booking cases, you’re helping people take control of their confidence. And that’s the most valuable sale there is.
Key Responsibilities
- • Convert inbound inquiries, calls, and web leads into booked consultations and surgical procedures with a 90–95% conversion rate.
- • Conduct sales consultations with precision, presenting treatment options, pricing, and value with confidence.
- • Navigate insurance workflows (verifying coverage, authorizations, and claims) for select procedures and patients.
- • Maintain CRM accuracy by tracking leads, following up aggressively, and closing with empathy and authority.
- • Coordinate the patient experience pre- and post-op, ensuring every step feels white-glove, intentional, and high-touch.
- • Handle objections, price concerns, and emotional barriers like a professional problem solver, not a pushy salesperson.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a plastic surgery, aesthetics, or medical sales role.
- Strong understanding of insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion goals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- CRM proficiency and data-driven mindset.
- Professional, polished demeanor suitable for a high-end practice environment.
