As a Junior Patient Care Coordinator, you’ll be at the heart of the patient journey—bridging the gap between curiosity and confidence. You’ll work closely with patients considering surgical and non-surgical procedures, guiding them through every step with professionalism, empathy, and precision.

Compensation & Growth

  • $30 per hour plus uncapped commission. Total first-year earnings are estimated between $60,000–$72,000, with ongoing uncapped earning potential as you grow. This role also offers clear advancement opportunities as you continue to develop and excel.

Key Responsibilities

  • • Convert inbound inquiries, calls, and web leads into booked consultations and surgical procedures with a 90–95% conversion rate.
  • • Conduct sales consultations with precision, presenting treatment options, pricing, and value with confidence.
  • • Navigate insurance workflows (verifying coverage, authorizations, and claims) for select procedures and patients.
  • • Maintain CRM accuracy by tracking leads, following up aggressively, and closing with empathy and authority.
  • • Coordinate the patient experience pre- and post-op, ensuring every step feels white-glove, intentional, and high-touch.
  • • Handle objections, price concerns, and emotional barriers like a professional problem solver, not a pushy salesperson.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a plastic surgery, aesthetics, or medical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of insurance verification and pre-authorization processes.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or conversion goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-up skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
  • CRM proficiency and data-driven mindset.
  • Professional, polished demeanor suitable for a high-end practice environment.
