Aesthetic Capital Sales Representative – Texas
We are a recognized leader in the aesthetics industry, seeking a driven and high-performing Aesthetic Capital Sales Representative to join our dynamic team in South Florida. If you’re passionate about sales, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and have experience in aesthetic capital equipment, this is an exciting opportunity to represent cutting-edge technology in a growing market.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell advanced capital equipment to medical professionals, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, and medical spas throughout the territory.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth and meet or exceed sales targets.
- Deliver impactful product presentations and hands-on demonstrations that clearly communicate value and ROI.
- Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through strategic outreach and consistent follow-up.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market shifts to effectively position our offerings.
- Partner with internal teams (clinical, operations, and customer support) to ensure exceptional service and seamless onboarding.
- Maintain consistent performance in achieving or surpassing quarterly and annual sales goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in capital equipment sales—experience in the aesthetic or medical device space is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience selling to medical professionals, especially in aesthetics or dermatology, is a significant advantage.
- Solid understanding of aesthetic treatments, medical devices, or related technologies.
- Willingness to travel as needed throughout South Florida.
- Familiarity with the South Florida market is a plus.
