Health & Longevity Clinician

An established men’s longevity practice is seeking a motivated, personable RN, NP, or PA to join the team. This is an opportunity for someone with a background in aesthetics, wellness, men’s health, or longevity who enjoys patient interaction and is comfortable working in a cash-pay environment.

The practice provides personalized care focused on testosterone and hormone optimization, peptides, GLP-1s, sexual wellness, IV therapy, aesthetics, and regenerative treatments.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Support testosterone/hormone optimization, peptide, GLP-1, and sexual wellness programs
• Draw and review labs within your scope and collaborate with the Clinical Director
• Educate patients on treatment options, protocols, expectations, and outcomes
• Confidently discuss treatment options, pricing, and financial investment with patients
• Provide or support aesthetic services, including neurotoxins and PRP hair restoration
• Educate patients on PRP and other regenerative and wellness treatments
• Build strong patient relationships through thoughtful follow-up and ongoing care
• Contribute to the growth and development of the practice

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN, NP, or PA license
• Experience in aesthetics, men’s health, wellness, longevity, or a related field
• Comfortable working in a cash-pay setting and having financial conversations with patients
• Knowledge of or experience with PRP, neurotoxins, injectables, or other aesthetic treatments
• Interest or experience in testosterone, hormone optimization, longevity, or men’s wellness
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to build patient trust
• Clinically confident, personable, and self-motivated
• Entrepreneurial mindset and enthusiasm for helping grow a practice

Schedule & Compensation

• 30–38 hours per week
• Monday–Friday, no weekends
• Full benefits
