Position Title: Front Desk Sales Associate
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Part- Time or Full-Time
Salary: Hourly (Based on Experience) + Sales Commissions
Reports To: Clinic Lead
Coordinates With: Injectors, Estheticians, Nurses, Wellness Team, Owners

Job Description
As a Front Office Sales Representative, you will be the first impression for our clients, delivering outstanding customer service and driving sales of our clinic services and products. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, managing client interactions, and promoting our offerings to meet sales goals.
This role blends top-tier hospitality with clinic sales. You’ll be a trusted resource for clients throughout their experience. Ideal for someone passionate about beauty, wellness, and creating genuine connections—with a knack for both service and sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients, providing a warm and professional first impression
- Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products
- Drive sales through effective communication, upselling, and promoting special offers
- Schedule appointments and operate the front desk operations efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized front office environment
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless client experiences
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business
- Stay updated on clinic services, products, and industry trends
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of client-facing sales experience, preferably in a luxury or service-oriented environment
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a med spa or aesthetic industry setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-centric approach
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Familiarity with med spa treatments, such as laser therapies, injectables, and skincare services
- Proficient in scheduling software and basic office technology
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of medical spa products and brands
- Experience with CRM systems for client management
- Passion for the aesthetics and wellness industry
