Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and room patients efficiently, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for every client., Prepare and maintain exam rooms before and after appointments to uphold strict cleanliness and safety standards., Draw up botox and prepare filler, ensuring precision and proper handling of all medical aesthetic supplies., Organize and restock supplies to keep daily operations running smoothly., Support the clinical team by anticipating supply needs and assisting with appointment flow., Maintain accurate records for patient treatments and inventory control., Communicate professionally with team members and clients to deliver outstanding service.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a medical aesthetic practice or medspa environment required., Strong attention to detail with a focus on hygiene, safety, and client satisfaction., Skilled in preparing botox and fillers or able to learn quickly with guidance., Exceptional organizational and communication skills., Ability to excel in a fast-paced and friendly team setting.
