Location: McAllen, TX

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No Weekends

Compensation: $20–$24/hour base, based on experience, plus performance-based compensation

We have served the Rio Grande Valley for more than 24 years. We are a physician-directed medical aesthetics practice with an established client base, advanced technology, and a strong focus on long-term client care.

We are seeking an experienced Medical Aesthetician & Laser Technician who can step into a busy medical- spa environment and contribute quickly.

This is not an entry-level role. We need someone who is already comfortable performing advanced aesthetic treatments, consulting with clients, recommending treatment plans and home care, rebooking, retaining clients, and working toward measurable production and retail goals.

Bilingual English/Spanish is strongly preferred because of our patient population, but we are open to an exceptional candidate who otherwise meets the experience requirements.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform advanced medical-aesthetic skin treatments and laser/device-based services within scope.
• Conduct consultations and create individualized treatment plans.
• Recommend professional skincare, treatment packages, memberships, and appropriate follow-up care.
• Cross-promote and cross-refer services offered by other Beautique providers when appropriate.
• Rebook clients and build long-term treatment relationships.
• Follow up with clients and participate in reactivation efforts.
• Maintain accurate charting and professional treatment standards.
• Take ownership of growing and maintaining a productive schedule.
• Participate in practice events and occasional educational/social content as needed.

Experience We Are Looking For

Required:

• Active Texas Esthetician License or eligibility to obtain Texas licensure.
• Prior hands-on experience in a medical spa, dermatology, plastic surgery, or clinical aesthetics environment.
• Strong consultation, treatment-planning, rebooking, and retail skills.
• Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment and discussing treatment recommendations and pricing.
• Professional, dependable, coachable, and team-oriented.

Strongly Preferred:

• Laser Hair Reduction
• IPL or other light/laser-based treatments
• DiamondGlow or HydraFacial
• Microneedling
• Dermaplaning
• Chemical peels
• RF or skin-tightening technologies
• Additional experience that is a plus:
• Tattoo removal
• Thermage
• Fraxel
• Body treatments
• Massage therapy
  

We do not expect the candidate to already know every device or treatment we offer. We are willing to train an experienced medical aesthetician who has strong fundamentals, learns quickly, and has the right client-service and production mindset.
