Compensation: Competitive base, based on experience, plus performance-based compensation

About Us

We are an established, physician-led aesthetic practice serving the Rio Grande Valley since 2002. We are seeking an experienced, production-ready Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner who can step into an established practice and begin treating patients with minimal ramp-up.

This is not an entry-level aesthetic position or a role for an NP looking to transition into aesthetics for the first time.

Our ideal candidate is already confident with injectables, aesthetic consultations, comprehensive treatment planning, consultation-based sales, and independently performing Good Faith Exams. Experience with lasers, medical weight management and wellness therapies is highly desirable, but we are willing to train the right experienced aesthetic provider in areas outside their existing skill set.

Core Responsibilities

• Perform and manage Good Faith Exams (GFEs) and required clinical evaluations for aesthetic and wellness patients.
• Independently perform neurotoxin injections and dermal fillers with strong knowledge of facial anatomy, patient selection, dosing, technique and complication management.
• Conduct comprehensive aesthetic consultations and create individualized, long-term treatment plans.
• Confidently recommend appropriate combinations of injectables, skin rejuvenation, laser/energy-based treatments, body services, skincare, wellness and maintenance programs.
• Discuss treatment recommendations, pricing, packages and memberships confidently and professionally.
• Cross-promote and cross-refer appropriate services within the practice.
• Recommend professional skincare and home-care products when appropriate.
• Rebook patients for future treatment and ongoing maintenance.
• Maintain accurate documentation, treatment plans, patient follow-up and progress tracking.
• Collaborate closely with the Medical Director, aesthetic providers, estheticians and support team.
• Participate in measurable goals related to production, consultation conversion, rebooking, retention and retail.

We do not require the candidate to already be an expert in every service we offer. Strong aesthetic fundamentals, injectable experience, consultation ability and the capacity to learn are most important.

Minimum Qualifications

• Current Nurse Practitioner license with eligibility to practice in Texas.
• Minimum 2–3 years of hands-on medical aesthetics experience preferred.
• At least 1–2 years independently performing aesthetic injectables.
• Demonstrated independent experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers.
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and comprehensive aesthetic treatment planning.
• Able to independently conduct aesthetic consultations and Good Faith Exams.
• Strong patient communication and education skills.
• Comfortable discussing treatment costs and recommending appropriate treatment plans.
• Comfortable working in a private-pay, performance-driven medical aesthetic practice.
• Organized, accountable, dependable and consistent with documentation and follow-up.
• Team-oriented and willing to cross-refer and collaborate.

The Type of Provider We Want

• Clinical skill alone is not enough for this position.
• We are looking for an NP who can understand the patient's broader goals, develop a comprehensive plan and confidently recommend what will genuinely provide the best outcome.
• We do not practice high-pressure selling or encourage unnecessary treatment. We do expect our providers to be comfortable discussing pricing, recommending appropriate services and skincare, rebooking patients and developing long-term patient relationships.
• The right candidate wants to become an important part of an established aesthetic practice—not simply find a place to inject.
