A high-growth healthcare and aesthetics brand is hiring a full-time Customer Onboarding and Sales Operations Manager to lead both the onboarding experience for new clients and the operational backbone of our sales processes. This hybrid role is ideal for a detail-driven, systems-oriented professional with experience managing CRM workflows, account setup, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, manage, and optimize all customer onboarding processes, including master data management and compliance protocols
  • Own the full customer setup lifecycle: from initial request to account activation in CRM, ERP, and internal systems
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all customer onboarding specialist-related inquiries, SLAs, and escalations
  • Collaborate with sales, legal, finance, and IT to gather, validate, and track data with precision
  • Monitor and report on customer onboarding cycle times, backlog, and operational performance
  • Oversee sales territory assignments, rep mapping, and territory realignment in CRM tools
  • Lead documentation and workflow improvements for sales operations manager responsibilities
  • Generate and analyze sales dashboards and reports to drive forecasting, coverage planning, and performance reviews
  • Train sales and operations staff on CRM workflows, onboarding protocols, and system updates
  • Drive continuous improvement across sales and onboarding tools with support from IT

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, customer onboarding, or order-to-cash management
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SAP, or similar CRM/ERP platform
  • Strong command of Excel, reporting dashboards, and operational systems
  • Experience developing and managing onboarding workflows, SOPs, and compliance standards
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple concurrent projects

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the Commercial Master Data Management processes and controls required to maintain business operations.
  • Own and manage the full customer setup lifecycle—from initial request to activation—ensuring compliance with internal policies and customer requirements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Operations to gather and validate required information for onboarding.
  • Develop, document, and continuously improve customer setup workflows, SLAs, and quality controls.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in CRM (e.g., HubSpot), ERP, and other internal systems; ensure data integrity and consistency across platforms.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, customer onboarding, or order-to-cash process management.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, NetSuite, SAP, etc.). Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills with a bias for process improvement.
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
