We are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and team performance of a premier medical aesthetics practice. This role is ideal for a strong people leader who combines operational excellence with a high standard for client experience and business performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and develop the clinic team around clear goals and performance expectations
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, workflow, inventory, client experience, and revenue performance
• Recruit, retain, coach, and develop high-performing team members
• Maintain high standards for client service, safety, and compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and clinic growth
• Partner with leadership to execute business priorities and support continued growth

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in medical aesthetics, luxury retail, hospitality, or a similar client-focused environment
• Proven experience managing and developing high-performing teams
• Strong business acumen with experience overseeing operations and performance
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Client-focused, collaborative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
