Brand & Growth Marketing Manager

We’re hiring a Brand & Growth Marketing Manager to own the day-to-day marketing execution across two premium healthcare brands, in close partnership with our agency teams.

This role is highly hands-on and sits at the center of brand consistency, patient experience, and revenue-driving initiatives. You’ll serve as the internal owner for all marketing efforts — ensuring everything is accurate, on-brand, aligned with in-office activity, and moving the business forward.

What you’ll own:

• Execution of brand voice, visual identity, and messaging across all channels

• Social media strategy and daily collaboration with agency partners

• Monthly promotions, seasonal campaigns, launches, and events

• Email & SMS marketing cadence, content, and performance tracking

• Oversight and approval of website content, SEO blogs, paid media, and e-commerce updates in collaboration with agency partners

• Influencer partnerships, creator coordination, and content approvals

• In-office marketing assets, signage, and treatment room materials

• Performance tracking across campaigns, service lines, and revenue channels

• Translating performance data into insights that inform offers and priorities

• Cross-functional coordination with clinicians, front desk, leadership, and vendors

• Operational workflows, templates, dashboards, and internal marketing systems

• Final quality control for all externally executed marketing initiatives
