Key Duties

Clinical and Treatment Room Support

• Prepare and stock treatment rooms daily, ensuring a pristine, fully equipped environment.
• Assist providers during injectable and regenerative procedures with accuracy and professionalism.
• Perform phlebotomy/venipuncture for procedures such as PRP, PRF, and IV treatments.
• Sterilize and maintain medical instruments, supplies, and treatment equipment.
• Capture and maintain accurate medical documentation, including intake forms, consents, and before/after photography.

Inventory and Back-of-House Management

• Monitor, organize, and track inventory of injectables, skincare products, and clinical supplies.
• Assist in receiving, restocking, and preparing treatment supplies for upcoming appointments.
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, HIPAA, and OSHA standards at all times.

Patient Support and Front Office Collaboration

• Greet clients by name with a warm, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Anticipate client needs, ensuring their visit is smooth, relaxing, and effortless.
• Ensure all patient information is accurate and up-to-date with each visit.
• Coordinate VIP and high-profile guest experiences with discretion and personalized care.
• Support patients through their consultation process, ensuring education and clarity on treatment plans.
• Provide post-treatment education and recommend skincare or supportive therapies as directed by providers.
• Occasionally assist with front desk operations such as scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient inquiries.

Job Requirements

• Valid MA, CNA, LVN, or Phlebotomy license (California).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical, med spa, or clinical setting.
• Knowledge of infection control, health, and safety procedures.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused demeanor.
• Available to work Saturday shifts.
• Attentive to detail, ensuring accuracy in scheduling, patient records, and daily clinic operations.
• Discreet and professional, maintaining confidentiality for VIP clients and high-profile guests.
• Proactive problem solver—you anticipate client needs and act before issues arise.
• Highly organized and tech-savvy, experience in scheduling software (BLVD or similar) a plus.
