Aesthetics Marketing Account Manager - REMOTE POSITION

We are seeking an ambitious, creative, and energetic Marketing Account Manager for immediate hire.

Responsibilities

• Be the main point of contact for marketing deliverables for our medical spa and wellness clinic clients.
• Preparation and delivery of marketing campaigns, marketing materials, and any other deliverables as described in each client contract.
• Manage the entire client experience & regularly engage with clients to present ideas, materials, discuss goals, and present solutions for their marketing needs.
• Create marketing campaigns for clients that include social media, email marketing, graphic design, graphics, press releases, landing pages, funnels, and events 
• Confidently explain to clients how to follow up with leads from ad campaigns on Meta and Google, and help the clients take ownership of their success by following up with their leads.
• Use GoHighLevel for automations, landing pages, email marketing, SMS, and lead tracking.
• Maintain Positive Client Relationships and a rating of 9 or higher (out of 10).
• Analyze client projects to ensure that we successfully hit marketing KPIs.
• Maintain a Client Retention Rate of 90% or higher.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time and at an appropriate level of excellence.‍

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (confident in speaking with doctors and business owners)
• Graphic design capabilities in Canva
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel
• High level of attention to detail 
• Ability to meet deadlines and take initiative on projects.
• Coachable and willing to learn and constantly improve.
• Take ownership of results and have pride in your work
• MedSpa experience or small business marketing experience is a plus
  

Job Hours and Pay

• We work 4 days a week Monday to Thursday 8am - 5pm eastern time
• The contact pay for this position is $4000 per month for handling 18-20 clients
