Position Summary
Join a well-established and top performing cosmetic dermatology practice in Roswell, GA. As an Aesthetician and Assistant Laser Practitioner, you will deliver a personalized patient experience alongside a team of medical providers. This full-time position offers a 4-day work week, full benefits, and a performance-driven salary structure.
Education and Certification Requirements
Completion of an accredited aesthetician course or aesthetician program
Active aesthetician license in Georgia
Active laser license in Georgia (ALP)
Experience with medical grade laser equipment: RFMN, Nd:YAG, Microneedling, Chemical Peels, Dermal Infusion Devices, BBL/IPL/Clear and Brilliant, and other devices
Familiarity with common medical grade skincare brands

Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of advanced aesthetic services, many with physician oversight
- Prepare patients for their treatments with a quality consultation, pre-treatment assessments, and educating patients on pre and post treatment care
- Documenting treatment plan with care and accuracy
- Provide customized skincare and treatment plans
- Support inventory management and product sales
- Assist with front desk operations including support for walk-ins, scheduling, and administrative tasks that keep the practice running smoothly
Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in a clinical or medical aesthetics setting: dermatology or plastic surgery is preferred. You have the experience to feel like you have perfected your craft and can deliver quality procedure experience for every patient
- Strong skills in communication (verbal and written)
- Able to multi-task in a high-volume clinical environment
- A strong background in sales with a track record of strong conversion and upselling
- You love building long-standing relationships with patients and colleagues
