Aesthetician / Laser Technician

About the Role

The Lead Aesthetician will play a key role in delivering customized aesthetic treatments, building long-term patient relationships, supporting treatment planning, and helping grow the medical aesthetics division. This individual should bring strong clinical expertise, refined patient communication skills, and a deep understanding of luxury service standards.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term patient relationships through exceptional care and follow-up
• Maintain treatment rooms, equipment, and inventory to the highest clinical and luxury standards
• Collaborate closely with the surgeon and clinical team to optimize patient outcomes
• Support skincare retail sales and aesthetic service growth
• Stay current on industry trends, technologies, and best practices

Qualifications

• Experience in a physician-led or cosmetic surgery environment preferred
• Professional presence with a polished bedside manner
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-standard luxury environment

• Experience with advanced energy-based devices and laser platforms
• Established clientele or strong patient retention history
