We are a growing plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice in Flathead Valley, MT, seeking a Licensed Medical Aesthetician / Laser Technician with 2+ years of experience. You'll perform treatments in a state-of-the-art facility, including a dedicated laser suite equipped with advanced technology. We’re looking for a motivated, skilled provider to join our expanding team.

This role offers career growth opportunities with continued training in both current and emerging med-spa services, including non-invasive laser treatments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide non-ablative laser services including Moxi, BBL, and laser hair removal
• Perform microneedling, facials, dermaplaning, and other advanced skincare treatments
• Educate clients and recommend home care and skincare products
• Assist in expanding the skincare menu
• Collaborate with a highly skilled team in a clinical setting
• Participate in self-promotion and practice marketing efforts

Qualifications

• Licensed Aesthetician (Montana) with 2–5 years of experience
• Laser certification as required by Montana regulations
• Experience with Moxi, BBL, microneedling, and dermaplaning
• Passionate about skincare and results-driven aesthetic treatments
• Willing to learn and grow with support and training
• Self-motivated, reliable, and excited to contribute to a growing practice
