As our Master Aesthetician, you will deliver advanced skincare treatments and personalized treatment plans while helping shape our brand’s non-medical facial offerings. You’ll be a collaborator and mentor, elevating both the client experience and our team’s growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth skin consultations and design tailored treatment plans
- Provide advanced facials, peels, scrubs, and body treatments with precision and consistency
- Educate clients on at-home regimens and ensure comprehensive documentation and photo records
- Collaborate with management to refine service menus, treatment protocols, and product offerings
- Deliver a trusting, spa-like experience that encourages client loyalty and repeat visits
- Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and licensing compliance
Qualifications
- Valid esthetics license in Pennsylvania (Master Aesthetician or advanced credential preferred)
- At least 5 years of experience in luxury spa or med spa environments
- Skilled in advanced facials, peels, and non-medical device treatments
- Strong sales and retail experience
