About Us:

We are a results-driven medical aesthetics clinic specializing in natural skin transformations through advanced clinical treatments and regenerative therapies. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Aesthetician with a focus on acne and corrective skin care to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform clinical-grade facials targeting acne, pigmentation, and skin texture using protocols aligned with medical aesthetics.
• Conduct thorough skin consultations and create custom treatment plans.
• Use diagnostic tools and skin analysis to guide treatment selection and track patient progress.
• Recommend and educate patients on at-home regimens using Jan Marini, iS Clinical, Skinbetter Science, and Skinceuticals.
• Maintain detailed patient notes and ensure high standards of safety, hygiene, and compliance.
• Collaborate with nurse practitioners and medical staff for combination treatments (peels, lasers, etc.).

Requirements:

• Valid California Esthetician License (or relevant state license).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a medical aesthetics or dermatology setting.
• Deep understanding of acne types, causes, and treatment protocols.
• Proficient in performing clinical facials, extractions, chemical peels, and advanced skincare regimens.
• Strong product knowledge in Jan Marini, iS Clinical, Skinbetter, and Skinceuticals.
• Excellent communication and client education skills.
• Passion for skin health and a commitment to ongoing education.

Preferred:

• Experience working with 3D skin analysis technology or digital skin imaging.
• Familiarity with medical charting (e.g., EMR systems).

Compensation:
