The Role

We are seeking a skilled and client-focused Licensed Aesthetician & Laser Specialist with experience in both foundational skincare services and advanced laser technologies. Strong experience and a track record of excellence is a must!

This role combines hands-on esthetics with device-based treatments. The ideal candidate is passionate about skin health, confident with laser platforms, and committed to delivering measurable, natural-looking results.

You will serve as a trusted skincare advisor, developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating with other clinical providers, and helping clients achieve long-term skin health and aesthetic goals.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical & Technical Excellence

• Perform customized medical-grade and traditional facials
• Deliver advanced exfoliation treatments, including HydraFacial, DiamondGlow, Glo2Facial, and chemical peels
• Perform laser services including hair removal, IPL, resurfacing, and other approved treatments
• Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and long-term skin health
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within EMR systems
• Follow all safety protocols, device guidelines, and infection-control standards

Integrated Care & Collaboration

• Collaborate with injectors and other providers to develop comprehensive skin treatment plans
• Support treatment stacking and long-term aesthetic strategies
• Contribute to client retention and membership growth through consultative care
• Participate in ongoing vendor, product, and device training

Client Experience

• Deliver a warm, polished, and professional client experience
• Build trust through strong skincare and product knowledge
• Recommend appropriate at-home skincare regimens to support clinical results
• Maintain treatment rooms and equipment to established standards
