Job Description
Nashville's premier plastic surgery practice and associated medical spa is seeking a skilled and licensed Medical Aesthetician to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
1. A strong background in advanced medical skincare treatments.
2. At least 3 years having worked closely with medical professionals to provide results-driven services.
3. A total commitment to patient safety.
4. Complete devotion to discretion, privacy and an understanding of HIPPA law.
5. Experience with minimally invasive microneedling, laser and energy based treatments.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced skincare treatments such as Hydrafacials, chemical peels, SkinPen, Morpheus 8, dermaplaning, etc.
- Perform various laser treatments, IPL, and body contouring procedures.
- Conduct comprehensive skin assessments.
- Provide pre- and post-treatment care instructions.
- Maintain accurate client records, including skin evaluations, treatment notes, and progress tracking.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, medical-grade products, and ongoing maintenance plans.
Qualifications
- Active State Aesthetician License
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a medical spa, dermatology clinic, or plastic surgery office.
- Proficiency with medical-grade skincare lines and familiarity with FDA-cleared aesthetic devices.
- Strong understanding of skin anatomy, skin conditions, and contraindications for advanced treatments.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate clients on complex procedures in simple terms.
- Sales experience and ability to recommend home care regimens and treatment packages.
