Job Description

Our MedSpa is a 20+ year established, results-driven medical spa seeking a high-energy, sales-oriented Client Experience Coordinator.

This is NOT a passive front desk position.

We are looking for someone who thrives on conversion, understands consultative selling, and is motivated by performance and commission.

What This Role Really Is

You are the first impression of our brand — and a key revenue driver.

You will:

  • Convert inquiries into booked consultations
  • Educate clients on aesthetic and wellness treatments
  • Confidently discuss pricing, packages, and memberships
  • Increase average ticket and retention
  • Support providers by aligning treatments with client goals

You must be comfortable talking about higher-ticket services and guiding clients toward appropriate treatment plan

Preferred background:
  • Medical spa, aesthetics, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or luxury sales
  • Proven sales experience (retail, hospitality, beauty, wellness, etc.)
  • Experience with booking software (Meevo a plus)

  • Must be available 1-2 Saturdays per month

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and convert them into booked appointments
  • Confidently recommend services based on client goals
  • Upsell packages, memberships, and promotions
  • Conduct follow-up calls to re-engage prior clients
  • Check clients in and out professionally and efficiently
  • Support daily operations while maintaining a luxury client experience

Qualifications

  • Speaks clearly, confidently, and persuasively
  • Is comfortable discussing pricing without hesitation
  • Understands sales psychology and objection handling
  • Can build rapport quickly and authentically
  • Is performance-driven and enjoys hitting targets
  • Is naturally high-energy and positive
