• Job Type: Full-Time, 30-35 hours per week

• Schedule: Monday through Thursday 9:00am – 4:00pm; Friday 9:00am – 3:00pm; alternate Wednesdays: 9:00am – 7:00pm.

Position Overview

As an Aesthetic Patient Concierge, you will support our providers in clinical tasks while also playing a key role in patient education, consultations, and promoting aesthetic services and products. Ideal candidates are polished, personable, and confident in guiding patients through their aesthetic journey with compassion and professionalism. Primary Responsibilities

• Assist providers with in-office procedures and patient care, working to anticipate provider needs
• Prepare exam rooms, sterilize instruments, manage supplies
• Prepare provider with all necessary patient information before provider enters exam room
• Charting in EMR
• Educate patients on treatments, skincare regimens, and post-procedure care
• Promote aesthetic services, skincare products, and packages
• Taking patient photos (iPad or camera)
• Walk patients to check-out to ensure compliance and booking subsequent treatment(s)
• Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff to ensure continuity of care
• Support front office as needed with scheduling, follow-ups, and patient communications
• Ensure outstanding patient experience
• Create gallery of Before & After procedural photos on Canva for IG, website and other marketing initiatives
• Performs other duties and tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent training
• Minimum 1–2 years in a clinical setting (plastic surgery, dermatology, or aesthetics preferred)
• Strong background in sales, customer service, or aesthetics
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with EMR systems and Microsoft Office
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-end environment
