Aesthetic Provider (RN/NP/PA)

We are a growing aesthetic practice located in the heart of Williamsburg, Virginia, situated in a high-traffic retail center with strong walk-in visibility. After transitioning away from a franchise model, the practice is entering an exciting new phase of independence and growth — with a renewed focus on elevated patient experience, clinical excellence, and long-term sustainability.

We are now seeking an experienced Aesthetic Provider to join the team and play a meaningful role in shaping the next chapter of the practice. This is a true provider role with consistent patient volume — no self-sourcing required.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an established aesthetic provider who enjoys autonomy, values team culture, and is looking for a long-term home within a growing medspa. There is strong support from ownership and administration, along with openness to provider input as the practice evolves.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide aesthetic injectable treatments (neuromodulators, dermal fillers, etc.)
• Perform and/or oversee laser treatments (all laser training provided by Cynosure)
• Conduct thorough consultations and treatment planning
• Build long-term patient relationships and deliver consistent, high-quality results
• Collaborate with leadership to help elevate clinical standards and offerings
• Maintain excellent documentation, safety standards, and patient care practices
  

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN), Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in Virginia (or eligible)
• Previous aesthetic experience required (not open to new grads)
• Confident, reliable, and clinically independent
• Motivated, growth-oriented, and collaborative
• Interest in a long-term role within a growing practice
• Medical Director experience or eligibility is a plus, not mandatory
  

Schedule & Flexibility

• Full-time (30–40 hours/week) or Part-time (~20 hours/week)
• Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• One Saturday per month (weekday off in exchange)
