Job Description

Medical Aesthetic Practice looking for an aesthetic nurse practitioner or aesthetic physician assistant with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience to join our practice. Ideal candidates for these aesthetic NP jobs or aesthetic PA jobs are passionate about the industry and personal growth, with extensive knowledge in dermatology and aesthetic treatments, mechanism of action, anatomy and physiology, industry trends, and different laser devices and modalities. We are currently not hiring anyone with no experience.

Must have experience in Morpheus 8, Coolpeel, Chemical Peels, Botox and Fillers, Sculptra, and PDO threads. Candidates applying for this aesthetic nurse practitioner job description or aesthetic physician assistant jobs must also be able to effectively diagnose and treat various skin conditions.

Pay: $70.00 – $85.00 per hour

Qualifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California (for aesthetic nurse practitioner jobs in California)
  
• Master’s degree in Nursing from an accredited program
  
• Certification as a Nurse Practitioner in aesthetic treatments (aesthetic NP certification)
  
• Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in aesthetic NP jobs or aesthetic PA jobs
  
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and dermatology
  
• Experience utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines to guide clinical decision-making
  
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively educate patients and collaborate with the healthcare team
  
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage a diverse patient population
  

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Morpheus 8, Coolpeel, Botox, Fillers, Sculptra, Microneedling, PRP/PRF
  
• Knowledge of aesthetic laser treatments or other cosmetic procedures
  
• Familiarity with utilization management principles and practices
  
• Experience in clinical research or participation in research studies
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic procedures with precision and safety (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, lasers, peels) as an aesthetic nurse practitioner or aesthetic physician assistant
  
• Conduct skin consultations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients searching for aesthetic nurse practitioner jobs near you
  
• Educate patients on treatment options, pre-/post-care, and skincare as part of your role in aesthetic NP jobs
