About the Role
Reports to: Practice Manager
Role Type: Part-Time - 20 hours/week
Location: West Hollywood
Compensation: $70-$75/hour + Performance-Based Bonuses tied to productivity goals (KPIs) + Continued Learning Initiatives
We’re seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a refined sense of aesthetics and artistry to deliver natural, safe, effective outcomes. In this role, you’ll perform advanced non-surgical procedures, guide patients through customized treatment plans, and collaborate closely with our Medical Director and Practice Manager to maintain the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient consultations and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with aesthetic and wellness goals
- Deliver natural, transformative results by combining clinical expertise with advanced wellness and aesthetic procedures (neurotoxins, dermal fillers, IV therapy, HRT, vitamin injections)
- Provide thorough pre- and post-procedure education with proactive follow-up to ensure safety, optimal outcomes, and exceptional patient satisfaction
- Maintain accurate medical documentation while upholding strict clinical safety, infection control, and regulatory standards
- Support seamless clinic operations through inventory management, team collaboration, and front desk/administrative support as needed
- Meet established productivity benchmarks and KPIs in alignment with the Nurse Practitioner compensation plan, including eligibility for monthly profit-sharing bonuses
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license with prescriptive authority
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in aesthetics, dermatology, or plastic surgery, with strong proficiency in injectables and facial anatomy
- Skilled in patient consultations, education, and comprehensive treatment planning
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to represent the brand professionally, including on social media
- Committed to ethical, compliant, evidence-based care; collaborative, discreet, and able to perform independently at a high standard
- Tech-savvy and adaptable, experienced with EMR systems, comfortable in a fast-paced luxury environment, flexible with evenings/weekends, and able to meet physical requirements (lifting up to 15 lbs)
