Independent Contractor | Flexible Part-Time Schedule

Our practice is looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a background in aesthetics and injectables to help grow our medical aesthetics and wellness offerings in Islamorada.

Our practice has been established in the Florida Keys for more than 22 years, with a loyal client base, experienced front desk team, established booking system, marketing support and a strong presence in the community.

We are now expanding further into medical aesthetics and are looking for the right NP to help shape and grow that side of the business.

The Opportunity

We want to make practicing here as turnkey as possible.

Our practice handles the business side, including:

• Treatment space
• Front desk and patient scheduling
• Booking system
• Marketing and advertising
• Existing client database and internal referrals
• Treatment products, materials and supplies
• XERF and LaseMD Ultra technology
• Medical director oversight
• Administrative and operational support

There is no room rental, equipment investment or marketing expense required from the provider.

Our medical aesthetics program is still growing, so the right NP will also have an opportunity to provide input as we finalize treatment-room setup, injectable offerings, clinical workflows and future services.

Services

Our initial focus includes:

• Botox and other neuromodulators
• Dermal fillers
• Aesthetic consultations and treatment planning
• XERF treatments
• LaseMD Ultra treatments
• RF Microneedling treatments
• Combination aesthetic treatments
• Follow-up care and ongoing patient relationships

We also plan to expand into additional medical aesthetic and wellness services over time. Experience or interest in areas such as IV therapy, PRP/PRF and other NP-led wellness services is a plus.

Schedule

This is initially a part-time position with a flexible, mutually agreed schedule.

We are happy to work around an established provider's other professional commitments, while also looking for someone who can offer dependable and consistent availability once their schedule is established.

Days and hours can expand as patient demand and the medical aesthetics practice grow.

Compensation

This is a production-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.

Compensation is based on a percentage of collected service revenue from treatments personally performed, with the final structure determined by experience, qualifications and scope of services.

Projected earning potential: $175,000–$300,000+ annually as the practice grows.

Actual earnings will depend on schedule, patient volume, service mix and collections.

Who We're Looking For

The ideal candidate is:

• A Florida-licensed Nurse Practitioner/APRN in good standing
• Experienced with Botox/neuromodulators and dermal fillers
• Comfortable conducting aesthetic consultations and developing treatment plans
• Professional, personable and focused on an elevated patient experience
• Reliable and consistent with scheduled clinical availability
• Comfortable collaborating with ownership and our medical director
• Interested in helping grow a medical aesthetics and wellness practice
• Entrepreneurial enough to identify new opportunities while enjoying the support of an established business

Experience with XERF, LaseMD Ultra or similar energy-based devices is a plus, but device-specific training will be provided for the right candidate.

An existing patient following is welcome but not required.
