Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans. Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of patient consultations, treatments, before and after photos and follow-up care in PatientNow EMR.
- Administer cosmetic injections, including neuromodulators and dermal fillers, perform microneedling with and without PRP, and administer chemical peels ensuring patient safety and satisfaction.
- Promote and sell our high-quality skin care products and services. Lead and participate in both on-site and off-site events to promote the med spa's services.
- Utilize social media platforms for marketing and business growth. Create and post educational content on social media platforms to engage and educate our audience.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to stay current with the latest techniques and trends.
- Monitor inventory levels of injectables, supplies, and equipment, ensuring availability and compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines.
Qualifications
- RN with 3+ years of experience as injector in a med spa, cosmetic dermatology or plastic surgery office.
- Graduate from an accredited Nursing school.
- Current, unrestricted Texas state license and certification.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in creating and posting social media content on a consistent basis.
- Extensive knowledge of facial anatomy and a strong aesthetic eye for natural results.
