Our practice is a rapidly expanding aesthetics, wellness, and surgical practice in the Willamette Valley. We are excited to offer this rare opportunity to fill a coveted position within our Medi Spa!
As an RN Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will provide patient-focused cosmetic injectable services while helping to deliver the five-star experience our Med Spa is known for.
This is a part-time role beginning at one to two days per week (10-20 hours), with the unique opportunity to provide vacation and PTO coverage for our Injector team and grow into additional clinic days as patient demand continues to expand.
We don’t expect you to know everything on day one so bring your passion for aesthetics, commitment to patient safety, and eagerness to learn and grow.
Patient Experience & Team Collaboration
- Build long-term relationships through warmth, professionalism, and natural treatment outcomes
- Support front-desk and coordination teams in seamless hand-offs, scheduling, and patient flow
- Promote skincare products and adjunct services appropriate to patient treatment plans
- Support practice marketing efforts by capturing before/after photos and outcome tracking
- Participate in trainings to stay current with aesthetic trends, products, and techniques
- Maintain flexibility as clinical needs evolve and shift into additional days as the role expands
Compensation: $50.00-$55.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus eligibility for quarterly performance bonuses
Key Responsibilities
- Perform cosmetic injections including neurotoxins (Botox/Dysport), dermal fillers, Sculptra, PRP/PRF, and related treatments
- Conduct detailed aesthetic consultations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide clinical coverage during staff PTO and vacation periods to ensure continuity of patient care
- Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment instructions and aesthetic expectations
- Maintain impeccable documentation and charting in Nextech (EMR)
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness, protocol compliance, and patient confidentiality
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Oregon RN License
- Minimum 1 year of experience administering cosmetic injectables preferred
- Strong assessment skills and deep interest in facial anatomy and aesthetics
- Warm, confident communication style with luxury-level customer service mindset
- Comfortable working independently and stepping into coverage shifts as needed
- Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining a professional environment
