Position: Experienced Nurse Injector (RN) – Part-Time
Schedule: Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays
Employment Type: Part-Time
Pay: 35% commission + tips with opportunities of bonuses

Clinical & Injection Responsibilities
- Perform advanced aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators (Botox®, Dysport®) and dermal fillers, in accordance with best practices and medical standards.
- Conduct thorough client consultations, including medical history review, aesthetic assessment, treatment planning, informed consent, and post-treatment education.
- Deliver safe, precise, and natural-looking results while maintaining a high standard of patient care and satisfaction.
- *Maintain up-to-date knowledge of facial anatomy, injection techniques, and product indications.
- If licensed, perform laser treatments in compliance with state regulations and safety protocols.
- Accurately document all treatments, products used, lot numbers, expiration dates, and client outcomes in the medical record.
Licensing & Compliance
- Maintain an active and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
- Maintain any required certifications or licenses, including laser licensure if applicable.
- Adhere to all state laws, OSHA standards, HIPAA regulations, and clinic policies.
- Follow proper infection control, safety, and sterilization procedures at all times.
Inventory Control & Accountability
- Count Botox inventory daily at the end of each workday.
- Count Dysport inventory daily if used.
- Count all dermal filler syringes daily after scheduled appointments.
- Ensure accurate tracking, logging, and reconciliation of all injectable products.
- Report discrepancies immediately to the Aesthetics Director.
- Properly store all injectables and supplies according to manufacturer and clinic guidelines.
Supply Management & Ordering
- Identify and anticipate supply needs for daily clinical operations.
- Place supply orders through Medline for all necessary clinical and treatment-related supplies.
- Communicate all supply, product, and injectable needs clearly and thoroughly to the Aesthetics Director.
- Ensure all orders (supplies, Botox, Dysport, fillers, and other materials) are submitted for approval prior to purchase.
- Assist in maintaining organized, well-stocked treatment rooms.
Communication & Team Collaboration
- Maintain consistent, professional, and detailed communication with the Aesthetics Director regarding:
- Supply needs
- Product usage
- Inventory levels
- Scheduling considerations
- Any operational or clinical concerns
- Collaborate with front desk staff, providers, and management to ensure a seamless patient experience.
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and performance reviews as required.
Patient Experience & Professionalism
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after treatments.
- Build long-term patient relationships through trust, education, and consistent results.
- Address patient questions, concerns, and post-treatment follow-ups in a timely and professional manner.
- Uphold the clinic’s brand standards, values, and professional image at all times.
Additional Responsibilities
- Stay current on new aesthetic products, techniques, and industry trends.
- Participate in continuing education and training opportunities.
- Support clinic growth initiatives, including patient retention and treatment compliance.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant clinical environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management or the Aesthetics Director.
*Important Saturday Requirement: *
Saturdays are a mandatory workday - There will be no front desk support on Saturdays. The Nurse Injector must be comfortable checking in and checking out their own patients, including handling payments.

- Registered Nursing License
- Injecting experience
- Can work Saturdays
