About Us

We are a multi-location skincare studio in Glen Allen, VA. We create the perfect facial for our Members—every 30 days. Our studios focus on facial skincare services and aesthetic procedures such as Botox and neurotoxins. We are looking for new team members to join our growing team who are seeking a long-term home!

We offer monthly skin-healthy treatments to help keep skin bright, clear, and clean. We specialize in customized facials, lasers, and injectables. With personalized plans to help our clients look and feel great today, achieve the results they seek, and maintain healthy glowing skin over time.

The Ideal Candidate

• An Aesthetic Injector with a Registered Nurse license
• The candidate should be familiar with cosmetic injections
• We provide training for full-time positions and time commitment
• A great fit would be someone who loves the skincare and aesthetic industry, is professional, and loves talking to people
• Retail experience in the past is a plus

Key Responsibilities

• Administering Botox or neurotoxin injections
• Maintain a high standard of service and protocols
• Educate clients on products to enhance their procedures
• Accurate charting and clinical documentation
• Work collaboratively with team members
• Professional appearance daily
• Maintain supplies and equipment for treatments
• Combine clinical expertise with outstanding hospitality to deliver safe, patient-centered care
• Mentor and train new aesthetics staff members to ensure consistency in service quality and safety standards

Qualifications

• Current State License
• Loves the industry and working with people
• Must be a self-starter and a team player
• Must maintain yearly continued education and stay current on product lines & services
• Experience as a certified aesthetic injector or RN aesthetic injector preferred
