You are confident yet coachable, artistic yet clinical, experienced but willing to learn, and deeply invested in patient outcomes. You understand that aesthetics is both medicine and art—and you take pride in delivering results that enhance rather than transform.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform advanced injectable treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and regenerative treatments
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and create customized, natural-looking treatment plans
- Educate patients on treatment options, expectations, and post-care
- Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and adherence to medical protocols
- Stay current on aesthetic trends, techniques, and product innovations
- Contribute to a luxury patient experience from consultation to follow-up
Qualifications
- Active Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Illinois
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on injectable experience in a medical aesthetics setting
- Advanced knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic balance
- Strong aesthetic eye with a preference for natural, refined results
- Exceptional communication, professionalism, and bedside manner
- Comfort working in a high-end, performance-driven environment
