Job Description
A well-established aesthetics non-surgical and plastic surgery practice located in the North Shore and downtown Boston has an immediate opening for an experienced aesthetic physician assistant or nurse practitioner. 3 to 5 years of experience in conducting neurotoxin and dermal filler patient injections, as well as experience with energy based devices (Morpheus, lasers) highly desired.
Position is full-time and evenly split between the practice’s 2 locations. Attractive salary, incentive compensation, and benefits.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Consultations: Conduct thorough assessments to understand patients' aesthetic goals and medical histories, providing personalized treatment plans.
- Injectable Treatments: Administer neurotoxin (e.g., Botox) and dermal filler injections with precision and artistry.
- Energy-Based Devices: Utilize advanced technologies such as Morpheus and lasers for skin rejuvenation and tightening procedures.
- Post-Treatment Care: Provide detailed aftercare instructions and monitor patients' progress to ensure optimal results.
- Patient Education: Explain treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes to patients, fostering a comfortable and informed environment.
Qualifications
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in aesthetic procedures, specifically in neurotoxin and dermal filler injections.
- Proficiency in operating energy-based devices such as Morpheus and lasers.
