Job Description
A leading physician-owned plastic surgery and medical aesthetics practice in Chelmsford, Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join their expert team. This practice is known for delivering natural, elite surgical and non-surgical results in a warm, patient-centered environment.
The NP or PA will collaborate closely with the physician and Patient Care Coordinator to provide comprehensive patient care. Responsibilities include evaluating and discussing appropriate procedures with patients, performing follow-ups for surgical cases, assisting with in-office surgical procedures, hospital rounding, and delivering a variety of aesthetic treatments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and discuss prospective surgical and non-surgical procedures
- Assist with in-office BodyTite/FaceTite and other surgical procedures
- Perform aesthetic treatments such as Botox, fillers, CoolSculpting, RF microneedling, PRP, laser hair removal, IPL, chemical peels, and more
- Conduct hospital rounding for surgical patients as requested
- Support patient care coordination, scheduling, and treatment planning alongside the PCC
- Provide training, mentoring, and support to clinical and office staff
- Participate in marketing, community outreach, and promotional events
- Maintain thorough documentation in EMR systems and ensure compliance with clinical protocols
- Promote skincare products and foster strong patient relationships
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and oversee equipment maintenance
Qualifications:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant with an active Massachusetts provider license
- Ability to maintain hospital privileges affiliated with the practice
- 2+ years experience with medical aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators and other advanced aesthetic treatments
- 2+ years of experience in surgical patient care in cosmetic or plastics
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care
