Key Aesthetic Injector Responsibilities

• Perform a range of non-invasive procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRP, CoolSculpting, RF microneedling, IPL, laser hair removal, and more
  
• Evaluate patients, create customized treatment plans, and conduct consultations
  
• Assist with in-office procedures such as FaceTite and BodyTite, as well as minor surgical care
  
• Conduct pre-op and post-op evaluations; provide hospital rounding support when needed
  
• Collaborate closely with the physician and patient care coordinator to streamline care
  
• Participate in marketing campaigns, community events, and practice promotions
  
• Maintain clear documentation and meet all aesthetic injector requirements and protocols
  
• Educate patients on skincare products and treatment maintenance for long-term results

Aesthetic Injector Requirements

• Active Massachusetts license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetic treatments, including injectables
  
• Previous exposure to surgical patient care (cosmetic or plastic surgery preferred)
  
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, neuromodulators, and aesthetic safety protocols
  
• Professional, dependable, and excellent communication skills
  
• Comfort with EMR systems and strong organizational habits
