Aesthetic Laser Technician

We are growing and seeking a licensed esthetician + Certified Laser Technician to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, excels in customer service and sales, and thrives in a positive, no-drama environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform treatments including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, IPL, hair restoration, body sculpting, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and Hydrafacials
• Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
• Maintain a positive team environment
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and ingredients
• Thrive in a sales-oriented environment, meeting service and product goals
• Maintain all required certifications and licenses
• Manage your time effectively and maintain accurate client records

Requirements:

• 2+ years of laser experience
• Certified Laser Technician in the state of Colorado
• Licensed Esthetician with additional licenses in microneedling, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion

Compensation:

Average of $45 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $45,000–$90,000 annually, depending on hours worked and goals achieved. Our top performers consistently reach the higher end of this range through strong client relationships, treatment excellence, and consistent sales performance.
