We are growing and seeking a licensed esthetician + Certified Laser Technician to join our team. We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, excels in customer service and sales, and thrives in a positive, no-drama environment.

Responsibilities:
- Perform treatments including laser hair removal, skin resurfacing, IPL, hair restoration, body sculpting, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and Hydrafacials
- Deliver exceptional, personalized customer service
- Maintain a positive team environment
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of products and ingredients
- Thrive in a sales-oriented environment, meeting service and product goals
- Maintain all required certifications and licenses
- Manage your time effectively and maintain accurate client records

Requirements:
- 2+ years of laser experience
- Certified Laser Technician in the state of Colorado
- Licensed Esthetician with additional licenses in microneedling, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion
Compensation:
Average of $45 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $45,000–$90,000 annually, depending on hours worked and goals achieved. Our top performers consistently reach the higher end of this range through strong client relationships, treatment excellence, and consistent sales performance.
Work Location: In-person, Denver

Qualifications
- 2+ years of laser experience
- Licensed Esthetician
- Certified Laser Technician
- Advanced certifications in chemical peels, microneedling, and microdermabrasion.
- Reliable transportation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
