We’re seeking a talented Aesthetic Injector who shares our passion for subtle, timeless results and client-centered care. The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and artistically inclined, capable of creating balanced, natural enhancements that leave clients looking and feeling their best.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform injectable treatments with a natural, artistic approach, including: Neuromodulators, Dermal fillers, and PRF with advanced canula work
- Conduct thoughtful, personalized consultations that focus on listening and educating clients.
- Create custom treatment plans that align with the client’s natural features and personal goals. If you are a NP or PA, Good Faith Exams are required.
- Provide a gentle, calming presence during all treatments to ensure a comfortable and caring experience. Demonstrate commitment to sterile technique, infection control, and proper treatment room sanitation
- Maintain accurate and thorough client records, treatment notes, and follow-up protocols.
- Offer detailed pre- and post-treatment guidance to support long-term results and client satisfaction. Stay informed on the latest products, techniques, and safety standards in aesthetic medicine.
Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted RN, NP, PA, or MD license in the state of California - REQUIRED: before and after photos of previous work.
- Minimum of 3 years hands-on experience with cosmetic injectables and lasers. (Botox, Dysport, Daxxify, Sculptra, Dermal fillers, PRF) (Microneedling, CO2, IPL, Morpheus, Vbeam, Forma, Exillis, Aquagold)
- Strong understanding of facial anatomy, aging patterns, and natural aesthetic balance. A keen eye for subtle, natural-looking results—not overdone or “trendy” work
- Excellent consultation and communication skills; ability to guide clients with honesty and care.
- Up-to-date on current techniques, products, and safety protocols in medical aesthetics. Willingness to learn new devices and technologies -- we’re happy to provide training on select laser platforms
- Friendly, calming bedside manner with a true passion for helping clients feel their best Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to maintaining thorough treatment records
