Aesthetic Injector (RN/NP/PA/CRNA)
Job Info
Job Description
Our practice is looking for an experienced Aesthetic Injector to join our growing team in Holland, Michigan.
We are a luxury boutique aesthetics and wellness practice that offers an elevated experience that focuses on patient education and relationships. Our brand is built around a simple philosophy: Connective Care. Comprehensive Consults. Customized plans. We believe aesthetic medicine should enhance what makes each patient uniquely beautiful—not change who they are. We believe in being part of that journey and walking closely with our patients on their well- aging journey. Our practice prioritizes patient trust and relationships.
We are looking for an injector who shares that philosophy and is excited to build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients while growing alongside an established practice.
The Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced injector to join a growing boutique practice where quality, patient experience, clinical excellence, and natural-looking results come before volume.
Our ideal candidate is confident in their clinical skills, genuinely enjoys working with people, and understands that exceptional aesthetic care is about much more than the treatment itself. You should enjoy educating patients, developing individualized treatment plans, and creating an experience that makes patients want to come back—and refer their friends and family.
We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter who wants to be part of a team that is growing and pushing the boundaries. Our ideal candidate takes ownership of their role and works to advance the interests of the business.
Our practice offers the opportunity to work alongside a growing and experienced aesthetics team with an established patient base, training program, ongoing education, strong marketing support, and a broad menu of aesthetic services.
We are open four days per week, with both full-time and part-time opportunities available.

- Educate patients on treatment options, realistic expectations, pre and post care, skincare, and complementary services
- Help cultivate patient loyalty and retention through thoughtful, personalized care
- Contribute to a positive, professional, team-oriented environment
Qualifications
- Registered Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, CRNA, or Physician Assistant
- Has a strong understanding of facial anatomy, product selection, treatment planning, and patient safety
- Understands the importance of consultation and education rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach
- Believes in natural, refined, and customized results
- Personable, warm, and comfortable building genuine relationships
- Is hungry, highly motivated, detail oriented and looking to help our practice grow
