Aesthetic Injector RN/NP

A premier medical aesthetics practice in Southlake is hiring a skilled aesthetic injector (RN or NP) to deliver high-quality injectable treatments in a luxury clinical setting. This role offers the flexibility of part-time or full-time hours and is ideal for a certified aesthetic injector or RN/NP with advanced experience in facial anatomy, patient care, and results-driven aesthetics.

You’ll work under the supervision of a medical director, using the latest technology to provide Botox, dermal fillers, and other injectables, while collaborating with aestheticians and support staff to deliver comprehensive treatment plans. Key Aesthetic Injector Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient consultations to assess goals, explain procedures, and recommend custom treatment plans
  
• Perform advanced injectable treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, biostimulators, and other non-surgical aesthetic procedures
• Educate patients on pre- and post-care protocols, ensuring realistic expectations and safe recovery
  
• Collaborate with aestheticians and medical staff to create comprehensive plans that include skincare, prevention, and wellness recommendations
  
• Execute treatments within your scope such as hormone therapies, weight loss services, and skin rejuvenation protocols (if applicable)
  
• Follow up with patients post-treatment, including automated outreach and same-day check-ins when adverse reactions or questions arise
  
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant, detailed EMR documentation of all injectable treatments, skincare recommendations, prescriptions, and product usage
  
• Participate in educational workshops, aesthetic injector training, and clinical team meetings to stay current on industry trends and safety standards
  
• Assist with content creation, promotional events, and marketing campaigns to support personal brand growth and clinic exposure
  
• Ensure treatment room readiness, inventory management, and compliance with hygiene and safety protocols
  
• Represent the practice’s patient-first culture by consistently delivering expert results and personalized service

Aesthetic Injector Qualifications

• Active RN or NP license in the state of Texas
  
• Minimum 2 years of experience with injectables in a medical spa or aesthetic clinic
  
• Botox and dermal filler training required; certified aesthetic nurse injector preferred
  
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, injection safety, and aesthetic procedures
  
• Excellent communication and patient rapport skills
  
• Confidence to recommend safe treatment plans with clinical integrity
  
• Experience with EMR systems and patient care documentation
  
• Willingness to travel locally (5% or less) for coverage or training
