A top-tier medical aesthetics practice in Highland Park is seeking an experienced aesthetic injector (RN or NP) to join a high-performance team dedicated to patient care, precision, and clinical excellence. This is a unique opportunity for a certified aesthetic injector or mid-level provider with a passion for injectables, skin health, and long-term patient relationships.
As an injector, you’ll perform advanced procedures including Botox, dermal fillers, and biostimulators while working under medical supervision. Aesthetic Injector Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic injections including neurotoxins, fillers, and biostimulators
- Conduct in-depth patient consultations and explain treatment options, expected outcomes, and risks
- Develop custom aesthetic treatment plans with clear pricing and consent protocols
- Partner with aestheticians and clinical staff to coordinate skincare and wellness recommendations
- Administer adjunct services like weight loss treatments or hormone therapies (as licensed)
- Provide thorough post-care instructions and perform same-day follow-ups when needed
- Document treatment details, medications, product usage, and outcomes in the EMR
- Maintain strict HIPAA and safety compliance across all procedures
- Sanitize rooms and equipment, monitor inventory, and manage treatment room readiness
- Contribute to marketing, social media, and events to promote the brand and services
- Participate in team meetings, continued education, and advanced injector training sessions
- Travel locally on rare occasions for advanced training or coverage (less than 5%)
Aesthetic Injector Requirements & Qualifications
- Active RN, NP, or APP license in Texas (required)
- Botox and dermal filler certification preferred
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injector experience
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and injection protocols
- EMR documentation experience and medical record accuracy
- Ability to manage patient expectations and build trust
- Commitment to safety, discretion, and continuous learning
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
