Position Summary
The Physician Assistant (PA-C) provides comprehensive clinical and aesthetic care under the direct guidance of a board-certified plastic surgeon. The PA works closely with the surgeon during office hours and surgical consultations. The PA also builds, manages, and grows a dedicated aesthetic injectable practice focused on neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators.
The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in facial anatomy, an understanding of the aging process, an aesthetic eye, and a firm commitment to patient safety and outcomes. The practice puts a strong emphasis on education. It offers comprehensive on-the-job training and mentorship to support continued clinical mastery and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide neurotoxin, filler, and biostimulator treatments with precision and an artistic eye
- Perform facial assessments and create customized treatment plans
- Work alongside the surgeon on consultations, pre- and post-operative care
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected results, and medical-grade skincare
- Build long-term patient relationships
- Is comfortable educating patients and making treatment recommendations
Qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited PA program and NCCPA board certification
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and the aging process
- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail
- Aesthetic injection experience is Preferred but not required.
- Hands-on clinical experience as a practicing PA
- Coachable and eager to grow with the team
