Aesthetic Provider

We are seeking an experienced Aesthetic Provider to join a collaborative medical aesthetics and plastic surgery environment. This provider will deliver high-quality aesthetic treatments while providing exceptional patient care and collaborating with physicians and clinical staff.

The ideal candidate has strong injectable experience, excellent clinical judgment, a refined aesthetic eye, and a genuine interest in building long-term relationships with patients. What You’ll Do

Aesthetic Patient Care

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, PRP, and other approved aesthetic procedures within your training and scope of practice.
• Conduct thorough aesthetic consultations and assess each patient's concerns, goals, medical history, and candidacy for treatment.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals, clinical assessment, and safety considerations.
• Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, risks, alternatives, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Obtain appropriate informed consent and maintain accurate, timely documentation in the EMR.
• Monitor treatment outcomes and provide appropriate follow-up care.
• Stay current on aesthetic medicine, facial anatomy, injectable products, treatment techniques, safety standards, and emerging technologies.

Clinical & Medical Support

• Provide clinical care within your authorized scope of practice, education, training, and demonstrated competency.
• Support plastic surgery patients as appropriate, which may include postoperative assessments, suture or drain removal, dressing changes, wound evaluation, and other clinical services.
• Identify contraindications, abnormal findings, changes in patient condition, and potential complications and take appropriate action.
• Recognize and respond appropriately to medical emergencies and adverse treatment reactions.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure safe, coordinated patient care.
• Follow all applicable requirements related to prescribing, medication management, and patient safety.

Patient Experience & Operations

• Create a welcoming, professional, and compassionate patient experience.
• Build trust with patients and establish long-term relationships.
• Provide clear communication and education throughout the patient journey.
• Maintain clean, organized, properly stocked, and compliant treatment areas.
• Assist with inventory management and maintenance of clinical supplies and injectable products.
• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, aesthetic providers, and administrative team members.
• Participate in staff meetings, continuing education, product training, and clinical training.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner/APRN license in the applicable state.
• Current national Nurse Practitioner certification through a recognized certifying organization.
• Current RN licensure as required for APRN practice.
• Prescriptive authority as required for the position.
• Current BLS certification.
• Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injection experience required.
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers.
• Experience in plastic surgery, dermatology, facial plastics, or medical aesthetics preferred.
• Strong knowledge of facial anatomy, aesthetic assessment, injectable techniques, and complication management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient education skills.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical-thinking, and assessment abilities.
• Ability to establish patient trust and maintain strong long-term relationships.
• Strong organization and time-management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Proficiency with EMR systems and standard computer applications.
• Commitment to maintaining current licenses, certifications, continuing education, and professional credentials.

Work Environment

This position is based in a professional medical aesthetics and plastic surgery environment. The provider will regularly interact with patients, physicians, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and administrative team members while maintaining confidentiality, professionalism, patient safety, and compliance with applicable clinical and infection-control standards.
