Position Summary

The Aesthetic Injector (RN/NP/PA) is a trusted clinical provider specializing in non-surgical aesthetic procedures. This role is responsible for conducting comprehensive consultations, designing safe and personalized treatment plans, and performing injectable procedures with precision and artistry. As a founding clinical provider, the Injector will also help establish protocols, contribute to service design, and embody our standard of excellence. By combining advanced clinical expertise with compassionate care, the Injector ensures each client feels confident, supported, and renewed.

Essential Responsibilities

Clinical Care & Services

• Perform injectable aesthetic procedures including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, deoxycholic acid, PRP/PRF injections, and adjunctive treatments.
• Conduct thorough consultations, assess goals, identify contraindications, design treatment plans, and obtain informed consent.
• Document all visits accurately and completely in the EMR system, including lot numbers and photography.
• Provide post-treatment education, triage patient concerns, and follow up as needed.
• Maintain treatment rooms in a clean, organized, and ready state.

Safety & Compliance

• Adhere strictly to Illinois licensure requirements, scope of practice, and clinic protocols under physician/medical director supervision.
• Uphold infection-prevention standards, sharps and PPE safety, and maintain emergency preparedness (including hyaluronidase and anaphylaxis protocols).
• Ensure safe handling and storage of medications, injectables, and supplies.

Patient Engagement & Experience

• Build strong, trusting relationships through professionalism, empathy, and natural, patient-centered results.
• Educate clients on treatment options, risks, benefits, and long-term planning.
• Model values by creating an inclusive, welcoming, and elevated patient experience.

Growth & Team Collaboration

• Help establish and standardize clinical protocols, documentation standards, and photography practices.
• Mentor estheticians and client experience team members on red flags, indications, and post-care support.
• Participate in trainings, vendor in-services, and promotional events.

• Strong understanding of facial anatomy and injection techniques.

Preferred

• Two or more years of injector experience in a medical aesthetics setting.
• Experience with advanced treatments such as Sculptra, PRP/PRF, deoxycholic acid, threads, or energy-based device synergy.
• Prior experience in protocol development or practice launch.

Position Details

• Schedule: Full-time or Part-time; weekdays with limited evenings/weekends for events or patient demand.
• Reports to: Medical Director and Spa Director
• Compensation: Competitive base + commission; benefits package
