Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned and motivated Aesthetic Injector (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our clinical-focused medspa in the South Loop near McCormick Place. This role is ideal for a hands-on injector who excels in neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and laser treatments and is ready to take ownership of their work. You will be a key part of the team and someone we can rely on to get things done while helping guide and support others.

Key Responsibilities
- Performing cosmetic injectables, laser treatments, chemical peels, and advanced aesthetic treatments
- Perform full facial assessments and provide personalized recommendations
- Support the growth of the practice through innovative and forward-thinking approaches.
- Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care instructions, potential side effects, and expected outcomes, ensuring they have a clear understanding of the procedure.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and advancements in aesthetics and wellness
- Maintain accurate records and follow-ups.
Qualifications
- NP or PA licensed and experienced in aesthetics with a strong clinical foundation in medical aesthetics
- A seasoned injector who is action-oriented, dependable, and solutions-focused
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor, influence, and take initiative
- Someone who treats the business like their own and contributes to a positive team culture
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, upscale environment
- Commitment to professionalism, teamwork, and patient-centered care
