Job Description
We’re building something special — a warm, friendly aesthetic practice where providers feel supported, valued, and empowered to grow.
We’re looking for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who’s ready to become a founding injector, develop long-term patient relationships, and help shape a brand from the ground up. This is a full-time opportunity with room to grow and the potential for equity.
What We’re Looking For:
- NP/PA with 2+ years of full-time injecting experience
- Confident in full-face aesthetic treatments including neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and more
- Comfortable with lasers and advanced modalities
- Brings a loyal patient following or is ready to build one
- Relationship-driven, warm, and focused on patient retention
- Wants to grow with a practice and help build something meaningful
- Passionate about aesthetics, results, and long-term career fulfillment

Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic consultations and create personalized treatment plans
- Represent the brand’s values — warmth, trust, quality — in every patient interaction
- Perform advanced treatments such as cosmetic injectables, threads, BBL, Moxi, and other laser-based procedures
- Develop strong, lasting relationships with patients — focusing on natural results and long-term care
- Partner closely with the internal team (including aestheticians, social, and front desk) to support a seamless patient experience
- Collaborate with leadership on clinical protocols, service offerings, and growth strategies
Qualifications
- Nurse Practitioner with 2+ years of injecting experience
- Confident in full-face aesthetic treatments including neuromodluators, dermal fillers, and more
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-service-oriented collaborative team environment.
- Natural leader with a collaborative mindset
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Passionate about aesthetics, results, and long-term career fulfillment
