Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Injector to join a high-performing aesthetics and wellness practice focused on advanced aesthetic medicine, regenerative treatments, and full-face transformation planning.
This is a patient-facing, consultative injector role in a modern aesthetics and wellness environment where providers are expected to think beyond single treatments and build comprehensive, outcome-driven care plans.
You will be responsible for delivering injectable treatments, leading patient consultations, and guiding patients through full treatment journeys that may include injectables, regenerative therapies, and advanced skin and energy-based modalities.
This role is best suited for a provider who is confident in their injectable clinical skills, comfortable recommending full treatment plans, and motivated by both patient outcomes and practice growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including tox, filler, facial balancing, and biostimulators
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop full treatment plans
- Build long-term relationships by delivering exceptional patient care and consistent follow-up
- Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
- Maintain accurate documentation, uphold safety standards, and participate in ongoing training and skill development.
- Stay curious and committed to learning, participating in ongoing training and hands-on development.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on clinical experience performing aesthetic treatments, including cosmetic injectables
- TX Active state NP/PA license
- Advanced knowledge of injection techniques and facial anatomy
- Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
- Comfortable in a performance-driven environment
- Hormone or wellness experience is a plus, not required
