Are you a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate with a passion for aesthetics, patient care, and continuous growth? SkinPerfected is seeking a highly motivated Aesthetic Injector to join our collaborative and forward-thinking team.
In this role, you’ll provide expert consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, and perform advanced aesthetic procedures, all while supporting our mission of delivering safe, effective, and naturally beautiful results. You’ll be an integral part of a patient-centered journey that emphasizes education, results, and an exceptional experience.
What You’ll Do:
Clinical Excellence
- Conduct Good Faith Exams and comprehensive aesthetic consultations
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with our Skincare Specialist
- Perform injectable and device-based treatments, including Neuromodulators, HA Fillers, Biostimulators and SylfirmX
- Manage patient follow-up and complication care
- Re-consult patients throughout their journey for continued optimal outcomes
Documentation & Compliance
- Document all visits and treatments in Nextech EMR (completed daily)
- Maintain accurate product usage logs (unit counts, lot numbers, etc.)
- Participate in quarterly chart reviews with our Medical Director
Teamwork & Clinic Flow
- Support daily operations by assisting with phones and patient inquiries
- Contribute to team meetings, treatment planning, and practice growth initiatives
- Collaborate with our MedSpa Director on new treatment ideas and clinical development
Marketing & Social Media Presence
- Attend community events to increase brand awareness
- Maintain a professional presence on social media (posting 3x/week minimum)
- Create educational and engaging content for Instagram and other social media platforms
- Participate in marketing strategy meetings and bring fresh, creative ideas
Culture & Professionalism
- Embody and uphold our values and Cultural Manifesto
- Foster a positive, fun, and respectful environment with patients and colleagues
- Be punctual, patient-focused, and solutions-oriented
Education & Growth
- Stay up-to-date on best practices, innovations, and safety standards
- Attend a minimum of one aesthetic-related conference annually and share insights with the team
The Right Fit:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate in good standing (we are not accepting RN’s at this time)
- Authorized to prescribe per state requirements
- Experienced in (prefer two years+ experience) and highly passionate about medical aesthetics and also skilled in patient communication, education, and treatment planning
- Confident on camera and comfortable engaging via social media platforms
- A quick learner with problem-solving and critical thinking skills – someone who takes the initiative to figure out what needs to be done through creativity and flexibility
- Customer-service oriented with ability to quickly establish rapport with patients
- Obsessively motivated, reliable, and resourceful and extremely passionate about the aesthetic medical specialty.
- Superior organizational skills, follow-through skills and attention to detail
- Excellent sales & consultative skills with the ability to upsell by adding value for patients
- EMR savvy (experience with NexTech is a plus; training available)

This is a full-time position with base + benefits package:
Base: Paid Bi Weekly

Qualifications
- NP or PA-C with preferred 2 years experience but willing to consider less if right fit
